Step into the turning of the seasons once again and honor the sacred return of the light. Together we honor the powerful time of Winter Solstice, in which we go deep within to begin to nurture new dreams and visions.
In this 2 ½-hour shamanic journey circle, we will call in our Helping Spirits and align with the rhythms of Earth and Spirit as we prepare to let go of the longest night and the shortest day of the year — and welcome in the beginning of a new cycle of creativity.
Through intention setting, guided journeys, and our shared circle, you’ll have an opportunity to release whatever internal darkness no longer serves, reconnect powerfully with your inner divine, and receive very personal guidance from your Helping Spirits for the winter season ahead.
No experience is needed—just bring an open heart and your intention for reclaiming the power of your soul’s light. I will teach you how to experience the ancient, ecstatic practice of shamanic journeying. It’s a beautiful, heightened experience, in which we join together to hold sacred space for receiving healing & guidance that you need from Spirit. All are welcome!

Optional: Rattle or drum if you have one
Optional: Small blanket or yoga mat to lay on if you'd like, eye covering like a scarf for darkness. You can journey while seated if desired.

She is passionate about creating safe, sacred space for deep transformation, and soul reconnection.
