At the Spring Equinox, March 20 this year, the world pauses in a moment of sacred balance. Day and night stand together as equals. Light and darkness breathe in harmony before the light begins its slow and steady return to summer's brilliance.
Beneath the surface of the earth, seeds are stirring. Roots are quietly reaching downward. New life is preparing itself for the journey toward the sun.This turning of the seasons invites us to do the same, to release what winter has asked us to carry, to listen for what is ready to awaken within us, and to plant the seeds of new life that wish to grow.
I invite you to gather in sacred space for a Spring Equinox Shamanic Journey Circle, where we will honor this ancient threshold through meditation and journeying, a fire ceremony, and powerfully felt intention-setting.
Together we will:
Journey to the compassionate helping spirits and sources of wisdom who guide our path.
Offer to the fire what we are ready to release.
Listen deeply for the seeds of intention that are waiting to take root in the fertile soil of the coming season.
The equinox reminds us that life moves in cycles of darkness and light, rest and emergence, death and renewal.
And that within each of us lives the same quiet intelligence that guides the returning spring.
Join us as we celebrate the light, clear what needs to be released, and plant the seeds of our intentions.Together we will step gently into the new season.

No experience is needed—just bring an open heart and your intention for growing the power of your soul’s light. I will teach you how to experience the ancient, ecstatic practice of shamanic journeying, a heightened experience, in which we join together to hold sacred space for receiving healing & guidance from Spirit.

A Candle
Journal and pen
Optional: 2 small twigs or 2 toothpicks or Hibachi sticks
Rattle or drum if you have one
Optional: Small blanket or yoga mat to lay on if you'd like, eye covering like a scarf for darkness. Or, you can journey while seated if desired.
FACILITATOR: Paula Rosenfeld is a shamanic practitioner, Akashic Record reader, and spiritual empowerment and mindset coach, with 32 years of experience, working with clients individually, leading circles, and facilitating trainings. She is passionate about creating safe, sacred space for deep transformation, and soul reconnection.
