Step into the turning of the seasons and honor the sacred threshold of balance at the Autumn Equinox.
In this 2-hour shamanic journey circle, we will call in our Helping Spirits and align with the rhythms of Earth and Spirit as day and night stand equal.
Through intention setting, guided journeys, and shared circle, you’ll have an opportunity to honor the summer’s harvest, release what no longer serves, reclaim inner balance, and receive very personal guidance from your Helping Spirits for the season ahead.
No experience is needed—just bring an open heart and your intention for this season of balance and transformation. I will teach you how to experience the ancient and ecstatic practice of shamanic journeying. All are welcome!

Optional: Rattle or drum if you have one
Optional: Small blanket or yoga mat to lay on if you'd like, eye covering like a scarf for darkness. You can journey while seated if desired.
