Wild & Worthy: A 2-Part Transformational Workshop on zoom

Sat., June 21 and Sun., June 29, 2pm-5pm Central Time

(note these dates are one week apart for integration purposes)

In this experiential exploration, you'll learn the art of shamanic journeying, uncover and rewrite limiting beliefs, and reclaim the radiant power of your true self. Through shamanic journeys, meditation, ritual, and embodied mindset work, you’ll reconnect with your inner essence and walk away with lasting tools to anchor your transformation.

Part 1: Rooting the Wild

• Learn to journey to meet your Helping Spirit for guidance & healing. No prior experience is necessary

• Identify the hidden core beliefs that keep you playing small

• Begin to rewrite the narrative of your worth and identity

• Be part of a safe place to remember and reconnect with the powerful beauty and sacred essence of your higher self.

Part 2: Worthy and Unleashed

• Engage in powerful practices to disrupt and reframe limiting beliefs

• Experience guided meditation and shamanic journeying to heal hurts and reclaim your Wild Self

• Participate in a sacred ritual to affirm and embody your worth

*** No prior experience with shamanic journeying is necessary for Part 1—just a willingness to listen inward.  Part 2 does require experience with shamanic journeying so be sure to register for Part 1 if you have never journeyed before.  Recordings will be available if you need to miss anything — but live presence offers the richest experience.
